This is not a cooking class... this is about becoming a member of the culinary team participating in the preparation (mise en place) of the dishes that are to be featured on the evening's dinner
menu. Every candidate for this program will be interviewed by the Executive Chef for this unique job posting.

impacts the selection of suppliers and the food products that are used. You'll learn what to look for when purchasing and the benefits of cooking with seasonal, organic, hormone-free product.
As a commitment to social equity that is fundamental to the triple bottom line philosophy that King Pacific Lodge embraces, a contribution of $100 from each package booked will be made to
support the Elder's breakfast event held annually in Hartley Bay, home of the Gitga'at.
